RAPID ADJUDICATION SERVICE

Preliminary advice

For an agreed fixed fee we will review a dispute and advise whether it is suitable for adjudication or whether other action is more appropriate.

Conducting the Adjudication

For a negotiated fee we will conduct the adjudication on behalf of the referring or responding party including:-

For the Referring Party:-

• Drafting the Notice of Adjudication.
• Arranging the appointment of the Adjudicator.
• Advising on and assisting with the preparation of the Referral document and supporting documentation.
• Advising on and assisting with the preparation of any other submissions directed by the Adjudicator.
• Representing clients at meetings before the Adjudicator.
• Advising on implications of the Adjudicator's Decision.

For the Responding Party:-

• Advising on any points that should be raised as to the jurisdiction of the Adjudicator and general tactics and procedures.
• Advising on and assisting with the preparation of the Defence document and supporting documentation.
• Advising on and assisting with the preparation of any other submissions directed by the Adjudicator.
• Representing clients at meetings before the Adjudicator.
• Advising on the implications of the Adjudicator's Decision.
