FEES
Fees are on a pre-agreed lump sum basis, hourly or daily rate. Car mileage is charged at a pre agreed cost per mile. Other necessary and reasonable out of pocket expenses are charged at cost. All fees and disbursements are subject to VAT as appropriate. Secretarial costs, telephone, fax and e-mail costs (except international calls) are all included in the lump sum or hourly daily rates.
In some cases fees can be on a success related basis but not, of course, where expert witness services are involved or when acting as Arbitrator, Adjudicator,
Mediator or Independent Expert.
