ADJUDICATION
John Price is an experienced adjudicator.
He is on the panels of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Construction Industry Council, CEDR, the Confederation of Construction Specialists, the Construction Confederation,
the Contractors Plant Association and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
He has been appointed by Adjudicator Nominating Bodies on more than
200 disputes under the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and has also received party appointments.
Experience includes adjudicating complex major international and tripartite Joint Venture disputes.
